Several decades ago, I came to the realization that to solve a problem in the organization where I held a significant role, it would not be solved by edict. Rather, we would need to work together as a team to solve the problem. And, it soon became clear that solving the problem would require persistent attention, persistent discussion and debate, persistent consideration of potential solutions and time. And, it became clear: persistence turns obstacles into opportunities. Therefore, we must continue to walk forward, even when the road feels uncertain – because consistency and faith build the bridge between vision and victory. So, my realization turned into a book – The Persistence Factor – which has just been released. After thinking about the need for “persistence” to solve problems, I decided to pull together all of my notes gathered over the years and write a book. The result is the new offering that is now available.
