The Bad – The Medicare Trust Fund is heading towards bankruptcy. It’s like a slow moving train wreck and it is NOT getting the attention it deserves by Congress. The need for a movement toward “value-based care delivery” is essential in my estimation!

The Ugly – The ongoing divisive approach to American politics at the moment is more than disheartening!
